Terms and Conditions - Selling Coins
To sell coins on our platform, please ensure you fulfill the following requirements:
1. Account Verification: Your account must be verified.
2. Accurate Bank Account Details: Provide correct and up-to-date bank account information.
3. Pending Coins: Coins in pending status cannot be sold until they are cleared.
4. Fanbucket Coins: Must have at least 6000 Fanbucket Coins.
5. Withdrawal Process: The withdrawal process may take up to 7 days due to verification and identity checks.
Verification Process:
You can complete the verification process in two ways.
The first option is to utilize Stripe Connect Express, which will guide you through creating an account and providing the necessary KYC and banking information, adhering to Stripe's policies and procedures. You can refer to the Stripe Connect Express documentation click here.
The second option is a manual process. The manual review process may take up to 10 working days. Once the verification is complete, you will be able to sell your coins on the Fanbucket platform. If you require further information on the manual process, please click here to view the documentation.
